One of the easiest slot canyons to visit is Little Wild Horse Canyon, near Goblin Valley on your route to Moab. We have taken many of our flatland visitors there and they've done just fine. The walk in from the parking lot to the first slot is maybe 20 minutes or so, totally flat and easy walking.
